I am spending some really insightful moments listening to some of the transformational action plans of my new friends doing the CESL programme in Jakarta. It is inspiring! I wanted to share with my friends some projects that have been done in other contexts.

This program is amazing. As I expected has enriched me a lot how to be a good leader in education environment..we’re a leader in the class.. What we do with the students create huge path for their future… The action plan would hopefully bring positive impacts to contextual situation in our school..

Thanks for your insights for my projects, the administering questionnaires prior too the projects and after the intervention is great, that would be a valid evidence of the project’s impact. I’m hoping to be able to make a more transformational project once it becomes contextual.
